The church grounds were blessed with another sun kissed day for the Annual Armenian Kermesse, which took place on Sunday 6 November 2022.
MCs, George Najarian and Aram Amirghan kept us all up to date with the myriad of happenings around the church lawns.
Young and old came together to enjoy Armenian food, culture and community with performances from our schools and dance groups delighting the crowd throughout the afternoon. Our own Masha, Charlie Chech and Michael Aghabekian had the audience dancing, each with their own special blend of music.
The famous $1 raffles were available throughout the afternoon with plentiful hampers to be won.
The Kids Corner was in full swing in the new playground, towards which this years’ Kermesse proceeds were donated.
There was plenty of food, with the smell of kebabs filling the air as well as the delicious home made Armenian sweet and savoury delights for sale.
The games were again a hit with the youth from ACYA providing plenty of fun for everyone to enjoy.
A special thanks to the Ancillary Body for overseeing and organising yet another successful Armenian Kermesse.
