The Armenian Community Welfare Centre’s office operates from the premises of the Church of Holy Resurrection, located adjacent to the Church Office. Social group activities are conducted in the Edgarian Hall in Chatswood and the Batmanian Hall in Holy Trinity Church, Wentworthville.

The Centre was officially established in 1982 under the auspices of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Australia and New Zealand to assist newly arrived Armenian migrants in their settlement.

The Centre has since expanded its services and programs to meet the changing needs of the community and provides a range of services that cater to various demographic groups in the community.

Some of the services are funded by the Department of Health under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Multicultural NSW and the Department of Communities and Justice NSW.
