Following its consecration on Sunday 16 May by His Eminence Archbishop Haigazoun Najarian, the new Dome Cross was safely installed on Friday 21 May 2021, upon the highest point of the Armenian Apostolic Church of Holy Resurrection.
Blessed be all those that contributed to this wonderful addition to the church building, including; our parish priest, Der Avetis Hambardzumyan, who conceived and managed the project from start to finish, sub-deacon Andre Vahagn Vartan-Boghossian who designed the beautiful Khatchkar and finally the Genkahayr, Harout Jack Nercessian, who generously donated the cross with his wife Rita and their children Jessica, Stephanie and Patrick.
