The Annual St Mary’s Day Luncheon took place on Sunday 12 August 2018.
The ACLA organised a beautiful day with a delicious kebab lunch served with a smile.
Der Avetis Hambardzumyan opened the proceeding joined in prayer with the Sunday School children who then delighted the guests with some Armenian dancing.
The guests then provided further entertainment with poetry, song and music after which Church Councillor, Arek Yapoudjian gave a brief explanation of what St Mary’s day means to all of us.
With special prizes for all the Mary’s, Maro’s, Maria’s, Maral’s (and more) the afternoon finished with abundant raffle prizes donated by the ACLA and parishioners followed by closing prayers with Der Norayr Patanian.
