On Sunday 12 August 2018 His Grace Bishop Haigazoun Najarian made the annual visit to St Mary’s Armenian Apostolic Church in Melbourne to celebrate the Feast of the of the Assumption of the Holy Mother of God and its name day.
Bishop Najarian was accompanied by the Diocese Chairman, Sarkis Der Bedrossian and the Armenian Apostolic Church of Holy Resurrection Parish Council’s Chairman, Mr Bedros Zorlu.
After the service, the ladies of the Melbourne ACLA put on a wonderful luncheon which was enjoyed in fellowship by all the parishioners on this major Feast Day.
