It truly was a special Palm Sunday on 10 April 2022, as the Divine Liturgy was celebrated, with the altar curtain reopening, after being closed for the period of Lent.
With numbers now back to full capacity since the pandemic, the church was full of eager children ready to receive their blessings after the Trnpatsek ceremony.
Appropriately, it was also fitting to see and hear the voices of the full Karasoun Mangounk Youth Choir, after such a long break.
The Children’s Procession followed the Soorp Badarak to the Church hall where they all received special gifts to mark the occasion of Palm Sunday and the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem.
