On Sunday 26 June 2022, Father Avetis Hambardzumyan was the celebrant and the homilist on the third Sunday after Pentecost, which included the annual blessings for those students who had completed their HSC and had embarked on the journey through their new academic or vocational year.
After the service, His Eminence Archbishop Najarian received the students, clergy, councillors and parish members at the Diocesan Centre where two students received Educational Scholarships in recognition of their significant HSC accomplishments.
Sonia Nazarian won the Award of Commendation as the top-ranking HSC all-round achiever in 2021. This prestigious award is under the patronage of Dr & Mrs Artin & Maro Jebejian & Family.
The recipient of the Award of Commendation to the top-ranking student of HSC Armenian in 2021 was Milena Grigoryan. This special award is provided under the patronage of the Levon Shohmelian Endowment Fund and was presented by his daughter Mrs Laura Artinian.
