Khaghoghorhnek took place on a beautiful summer’s day in Sydney on Sunday 29 January 2023, following the Divine Liturgy.
Father Avetis Hambardzumyan was the celebrant on this special day.
After the Holy Mass, the clergy and procession, with the congregation, moved to the church lawns, which were adorned with an abundance of grapes.
His Eminence Archbishop Haigazoun Najarian officiated the grape blessing ceremony which were then handed out to the faithful in attendance.
The grapes were kindly donated by the parishioners, a sacred practice carried out with faith and reverence
