On 26 January 2020, as the rest of Australia was celebrating Australia Day, Holy Mass was celebrated in the Armenian Church, followed by the Blessing of Grapes. Archbishop Najarian presided over the Mass and was led with the procession of parish priests, deacons, acolytes and Karasoun Mangounk Choir onto the adjacent grounds where the congregation assembled to participate in the Service. Multitudes of boxes were donated for the occasion by faithful members of the community. Following the blessing of the grapes by Archbishop Najarian, the grapes were distributed to the congregation.
