We are blessed to have such devoted parishioners with such generous spirits. This was evident on Sunday 4 December 2022, when Archbishop Haigazoun Najarian blessed the beautiful new green shabigs, for the deacons, that were donated by an anonymous benefactor.
As befitting their colour, the green shabigs will be worn during the four feastdays dedicated to the Holy Cross as well as Palm Sunday, Green Sunday and Grape Blessing.
May the Lord’s grace be with those that have given and those that will receive this wonderful gift.
