On Sunday 24 April 2022, the Commemoration of the 107th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide concluded at the Khatchkar located at Beauchamp Park in Chatswood. Those present, paid their respect to those martyrs lost in 1915.
A Community Procession to the Khatchkar took place straight after the Divine Liturgy 
The martyrs were canonised on the 100th anniversary of the genocide in 2015. It is a reminder that despite the passage of time, helpless victims of the Armenian Genocide will be never be forgotten, but rather will be remembered for their faith and will forever serve to intercede on behalf of all of their descendants
