On Sunday 3 December 2023, four altar servers were ordained to the rank of Acolyte (Tbir), by the Primate of the Diocese, Archbishop Haigazoun Najarian.
Jack Nercessian, Reuben Evanian, Hrag Krikour & Sargis Hambardzumyan took part in the beautiful ceremony which granted them the four minor orders of Doorkeeper (Trnaban), Reader (Untertsogh), Exorcist (Yertm’netsootsich), Candle Bearer (Momagal).
Following the ceremony, the Primate congratulated the new Acolytes and praised their commitment and devotion to the Church with the hope that their exemplary stance will inspire and motivate others in the community.
