At the invitation of His Grace Bishop Haigazoun Najarian on the Feast of the Holy Translators (Tarkmanchadz), the teachers of our Armenian community schools were recognised for their valuable contribution toward instilling our cultural heritage and national identity through education in our future generations. The annual Tarkmanchadz gathering of teachers is an occasion for the Diocese to engage in social and professional interactions.
Schools represented were: Galstaun College; AGBU Alexander; AGBU Alex Manoogian, Hamazkaine Tarkmanchadz, Toomanian, Papazian; Looyce; Armenian Saturday School of Community Languages
This Church blessing was followed by a reception in the Edgarian hall to honour everyone’s dedication.
